Vocational Rehabilitation is short for Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment (VR&E), and it’s a federal-state program designed to assist individuals who have physical or cognitive disabilities find and/or sustain employment.

It’s commonly referred to as Chapter-31 or Voc Rehab. Altar Support has partnered with several companies within the Greater Kansas City area to help develop and transition our clients into being more well- rounded and independent.

The myriad of companies include, but are not limited to, child care, gardening, building houses, house keeping, and the list goes on.
